DESCRIPTION OF VARIATIONS ON FILING SERVICES

Standard Filing
Documents are received, reviewed, and if they appear to meet FAA recording requirements, are filed with the FAA. A Confirmation of Filing is sent by regular mail. If a problem is noted, we will contact the submitter of the documents.

Import or Export Filings
Import and Export documents require additional flagging, monitoring and follow-up.

Additional Filing Services
Notification of Filing Time.
Temporary Certificates-a faxable document which allows Designated Airworthiness Representatives/FAA Inspectors to complete their Import Inspections and allows aircraft to operate Internationally until the actual Certificate of Registration is received.

Closing
An Escrow of Documents (to be filed only upon proper authorization); monitoring of the document index (for comparison against a preliminary report to identify any new documents which might have been filed against your aircraft prior to closing) and notification of exact filing time to you and a 3rd party.

ESCROW OF FUNDS AND DOCUMENTS
Both funds and documents are held in escrow by one of our three experienced professional Escrow Agents (who are also fully trained Title Examiners). The funds are completely protected by a fully functioning (non-interest bearing) TRUST ACCOUNT. The Escrow Agent works for the mutual benefit of all parties involved.
