We have several services available. Those most commonly used are:

1) TITLE RESEARCH REPORT which provides the current registered owner, last previous owner, any unreleased encumbrances, and any breaks in the chain of ownership. Additionally, as a part of your report we include copies of any documents which have been filed with the FAA but have not yet been examined and made part of the aircraft record. (If the engines and propellers are capable of absorbing 750 s.h.p. or more, they should be researched separately.) To request a "Research Report," please have the make, model, serial and registration numbers ready.

2) COPIES from the FAA aircraft records. Aircraft records should contain all registration documents, lien and release documents in the history of the aircraft; they may also contain 337's and airworthiness documentation.

3) FILING of your documents with the FAA for recordation. (This includes notifying you when the documents have been filed and when recording is completed.)

4) FORMAL CLOSING which allows buyer, seller and lender, to forward all documents involving Dixie Aire Title Service to be reviewed for FAA recording requirements, and held in escrow until the parties instruct Dixie Aire to submit them to the FAA.

5) ESCROW OF FUNDS in a fully-protected, fully-functioning trust account. (An escrow also includes the service described inItems 3 and 4.)

6) SPECIAL REGISTRATION NUMBERS to personalize your aircraft. We will research your preferences, have the number reserved on your behalf and request assignment (authorization to paint the number) to your aircraft.

7) TITLE INSURANCE is also available. We will coordinate with the Title Insurance Company on your behalf.
